Two brothers who each received an Opportunity Scholarship are using their education to change their Washington, DC community.
This was one film in a series that Citygate Films was commissioned to create for the producers of the Miss Virginia film, released on BET and Netflix, starring Uzo Aduba, Matthew Modine, and Niles Fitch. It shows the real Miss Virginia and some of the students she influenced.
